    contact the british embassy wherever you are. they will tell you the exact information you need.
    if you get to the UK on the advice of someone on here you may be turned around and rejected.

    Are you a permanent resident of the U.S. with a green card? I presume you are if you have a refugee travel document. That document takes the place of a passport. You can use the site below to see if you need a visa…as that depends on your nationality. Just enter your nationality, enter that you are a resident alien of the U.S.A. , enter your destination, and click for the info. It will tell you if you need a visa. you can also use the 2nd website to find the same info.
