Maya, the wedding of your nephew, means that his mother or father is your brother or sister. Correct? Alright, the only way to get a visa to Jordan for a Palestinian refugee is to have your brother or sister apply for your visit visa in Jordan. And then you pick it up from the Jordanian embassy in Beirut. Have had many friends do it this way. If you apply for the visa on your own it will be denied. Been there done that with my husband. Best of luck getting your visa. I’m sure it will be accepted if your brother or sister apply, as they are then sponsoring you. Peace!
edit Kate: be sure that’s not true, Jordan does not accept Palestinians from Lebanon without a visa. We tried at the time of the war in 2006 they would not give a visa. For Lebanese no problem. Jordan only accepts holders of a Palestine/ PNA Passport (Palestinian National Authority) they don’t accept Palestinians with Lebanese Refugee travel docs. They must have a visa. I’m not being offensive, I hope you understand , but if Palestinians from Lebanon could go to Jordan without a visa, all would go, Palestinians in Jordan have an easier time there, I guess for this reason Jordan won’t accept Palestinians from Lebanon to go there without a visa. If granted one. Peace!
