About the Author

Jack Wiener, certified and licensed psychoanalyst, founded the School of Creative Movement in 1962, teaching movement to children (3-16), adults (beginners to advanced level), the Movement for actors, and historical teaching in innovative techniques. He faces Directed and choreographed over 30 productions, faces danced for many years and was featured in the New York Times, journal of Anatole Broyard, it’s your move (December 17, 1978). Wiener works conducted workshops and presentations for the conference many top universities and respected organizations in the psychology field. He continues to teach young adult movement classes and maintains a private practice and psychoanalytic psychotherapy in New York. Wiener lives in Manhattan with his wife, Arlette Thebault Wiener, and their cat, Lily.
